Lesson Topic: Using Weblog to Promote doing past HKCEE questions on Religious Studies.  (I do not teach English at school but I teach Religious Studies, so I have changed the objective, I hope this is OK)

Lesson Objective: to design a blogging activity that promotes doing past HKCEE questions on RS (Religious Studies)

Teaching Procedures:

1.           I will upload one question on the blog after teaching each topic of the HKCEE RS and ask students to attempt doing it.  This is extra work for those who want to improve their RS results.

2.           Students can upload their answers to this question onto the blog and they can also raise questions with regard to this question.

3.           I will correct those answers posted by students and their discuss mistakes that students have made. I will also point out some examination techniques.

4.           Hopefully more questions will be asked by students and there will be further exchange of ideas about examination questions that have been posted on the web.

What is the function of blog in the teaching plan?

1.  to have more interaction with students so that I could understand their difficulties and then I could help them to improve their HKCEE results in Religious Studies subject
